Connect For: A Celebration of Asian Heritage

EPICentre is dedicated to enhancing the Lancer experience by facilitating meaningful connections between students and the broader community through our bi-monthly networking series, Connect For. Our recent endeavours include hosting industry-specific showcases and events to foster dialogue, collaboration, and innovation within our diverse entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Following the success of our Black Entrepreneurs Showcase in partnership with WEtech Alliance and the South Western Ontario Black Entrepreneurs Network (SWOBEN) during Black History Month, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming event in recognition of Asian Heritage Month in partnership with the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Centre, the Middle Eastern Student Association (MESA) . This initiative is not only an opportunity to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Asian communities in Canada but also to honour the remarkable achievements and contributions of individuals of Asian origin who have played a pivotal role in shaping our nation’s identity.

Under the theme “Advancing Leaders Through Innovation,” our Asian Entrepreneurship Month Showcase aims to spotlight the ingenuity, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of Asian innovators within our community. As the entrepreneurial hub on campus, EPICentre is committed to providing a platform for local businesses to showcase their ventures, connect with like-minded individuals, and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
